Here’s what to do:
Contact the Sweet Sweeps Support Team with your request to cancel. Make sure to include:
- Your full name
- The email linked to your Sweet Sweeps account
- Details about the redemption you want to cancel, including the amount and date of submission
Important: Our support team will check your request and
cancel the redemption if it’s still possible. If your redemption has already
been approved or processed, it might be too late to cancel. But don’t worry—we’ll
always do our best to help you out!
